Sandwiched in a whole grain or crusty roll and slathered with all your favorite fixings, these juicy seasoned patties can be made in the skillet or on the grill and are perfect any time of year.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 slice bread, crumbled
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- Garlic salt
- Salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the beef, bread, egg, Worcestershire sauce and mustard; mix well. Form into 6 to 8 patties and season to taste with garlic salt, salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook patties for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cooked to desired doneness, turning once.
