Smoked Turkey Tortilla Wraps

Brighten up your brown bag lunch with one of these sensational whole wheat wraps, stuffed with smoked turkey strips, sliced avocado, sour cream and cheese. They're a great way to use up last night's leftovers.
Ingredients
- 10 whole wheat flour tortillas
- 10 slices smoked turkey, cut into thin strips
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- Salsa
Cooking Instructions
- Heat flour tortillas in a large skillet over medium heat, until slightly browned.
- In each tortilla arrange turkey strips topped with avocado, sour cream and cheese. Fold up and serve with salsa.
