Best Ever Corn Bread

With a few savory additions, such as broccoli, onion and cheese, you can transform store-bought corn bread into an out-of-the-ordinary snack. All you have to do is think outside the box!
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 (8 ounce) package dry corn bread mix
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 degrees C). Grease one 8x8-inch square baking pan.
- Combine the eggs, corn bread mix, cottage cheese, broccoli, chopped onion, and melted butter or margarine and mix well. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 40 minutes.
