There's nothing gourmet about these grilled potatoes, but you'll be surprised at the flavor boost they get from a few green onions and melted butter.

Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes, peeled
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.
  2. Microwave potatoes on High 5 to 8 minutes, until tender but still firm. Cool slightly, and cube.

  4. Cook on the prepared grill 20 to 30 minutes, until tender.
